Spring Lunch At Hoole Community Centre
As we head into some nicer weather, maybe time to have a look at what’s going on in our local communities. Still early days of course as winter is still very much with us. But, bit by bit, we will soon (he said with fingers firmly crossed) be enjoying some nicer weather. Thoughts of Spring being around the corner. Time to think about Spring cleaning (Boo!!) and Spring lunches (Yay!!). Skipping well away from Spring cleaning, here’s news about the forthecoming Spring lunch at Hoole Community Centre. A definite….Yay!!!
Spring Lunch At Hoole Community Centre
Spring is open us folks (although it is still a bit chilly!!) and it’s nearly time for the famous SPRING LUNCH at Hoole Community Centre! The popular, well loved event is to be held on 2nd April to be precise.
As always, the wonderful Sam will be cooking a delicious roast lamb (or veggie version) dinner with all the trimmings followed by the English favourite, Eton Mess. Yummy!
There will also be the usual Easter raffle and cash bingo too.
Although the Centre are not providing alcohol this time (you are very welcome to bring your favourite tipple if you like!). Soft drinks and tea and coffee will be provided though.
The cost for Spring Lunch is £13 and sign up for the event is open.
This is the lowest price that can be charged without the Centre losing money, but if this is financially unattainable for you but you’d like to come, please let the Centre know and they’ll be able to help.
As always, spaces are limited so get your name down as soon as possible. Confirmation of a place can’t be given until payment is made.

These events take a little longer to set up and prepare for so arrival time will be 11am.
A Date For The Diary
A definite date for the diary. For those of who have visited the Hoole Community Centre before, you will be well aware of the many amenities and events available. If you haven’t paid a visit yet, then check out the Hoole Community Centre home page and to see details of any events, and check the What’s On page. Always something worthwhile going on. And let’s not forget Hobsons Cafe. Excellent food all reasonably priced.
