Chester Santa Dash

If you fancy a bit of exercise this coming Sunday (nothing too strenuous), then read on. Why not take part in the Chester Santa Dash. It is to be held on Sunday 3rd December, starting at 10am. You will not only be burning off a few pre-Christmas pounds, but you will also be helping local charities.

This worthy event raises money for two local charities, the Countess of Chester Hospital Charity, and the Hospice of the Good Shepherd. So, what are waiting for. Go get yourself a Santa suit and join this year’s Chester Santa Dash!!

This year’s event is the 7th year this feel-good fun run has taken place. It starts at the Riverside Innovation Centre Building by the River Dee and progresses into the heart of the Chester City centre. The whole dash is only 3.3kms, so you won’t be huffing and puffing for too long.

If you are entering a team, why not make a banner displaying who you are? There will be photographers en route, so don’t forget to put your smiley face on!!

Even if you can’t participate by dashing yourself, then why not turn up an support. If you are a work colleague of your work’s team, then take along your camera and cheer your mates on.

The Local Charities

Is The Real Santa Taking Part?

Is the real Santa participating? Now that would be telling wouldn’t it.

I’m sworn to secrecy.

If I told you, I’d have to kill you!!

But, let me just say that I’ve heard a whisper that……no, no…I can’t divulge!!

You’ll (or Yule!!) have to take part in some way to find out for yourself.

No doubt there will also be a great atmosphere in town afterwards as well. Shops, pubs and eating places will be busy, so get involved in any way you can. You’ll (Yule) love it!!
