A Bit Of Christmas Fun
So much talk of what is, or isn’t, happening for Christmas this year isn’t there. Lockdown, tier 1, tier 2, or tier 3. Take your pick. Back to normal as far as we can be? Don’t hold your breath just in case. But this Christmas, pretty much like life in general really, is very much what you make of it. And, amongst many things, Christmas is about having fun. Even with the possibilities of certain restrictions, let’s make the most of it. So, on that note, who’s up for a bit of Christmas fun? If not, why not? Come on, a bit of Christmas fun, you know you want to.
A Bit Of Christmas Fun
No doubt you will have your own ways of generating a bit of Christmas fun for yourselves. And you will have your own ideas of how you will be spending Christmas. Boris permitting of course (don’t get me started!!!). But in the build up to Christmas, let’s see how you could, or maybe should, be spending, say, Christmas Eve by checking these two very simple tables.
The first table is numbered from 1 to 31. You will no doubt have noticed that this represents the maximum number of days available in a month.
And the second table represents the 12 months of the year, labelled January to December.
Alongside the numbers between 1 to 31 you will see Chester related activities. For instance, bungee jumping naked off the Town Hall. And alongside the months you will find a selection of famous people taken from my “Famous People From Chester” page.
So, how will you be spending Christmas Eve? Take a look at these scenarios followed by who you will be doing them with. Go to the number for your birth date followed by the month you were born. So, if your birthday is, say, 2nd April, you will be spending the day in Ladbrokes, Frodsham Street with Michael Owen. I think he might like that!!!
And if your birthday is 10th March, you will be celebrating news of Government funding at Chester Zoo with Matt Hancock. Hmmm….celebrating Government funding with a Government minister. Very apt.
