Good Weekend Weather To Look Forward To?

Just a heads up in case our weather forecasters are correct. As they are most of the time, he said with tongue firmly in cheek. Hang on a mo, must close this window. Something just flew past it oinking like a good ‘un. But in case they are right (fingers crossed – check; prayer mat out – check), we may be in line for a good weekend weather.

Let’s hope so. Let’s hope so. Please. Please. Assuming that we are, what is everyone up to? A chilling relax in the garden? A barbecue? Maybe a few snifters in the local? Or, what about a meal out one night? Of course a trip to The Groves is highly appealing. In short, there will be plenty of options.

Right, we are trusting the weather forecasters. We are, aren’t we? Yes, good. So, let’s have a look at the options. Over a long period of time I’ve post numerous articles about what’s out and about in Chester. I’m going to summarise them below for easy reference.

A word of warning, it may be best to contact any place you intend to visit to check safety procedures and any booking arrangements. You can find numbers in the links provided where relevant. Some places of course, e.g. The Groves and Grosvenor Park do not require bookings. I’m sure you get my drift and you will work it out.

First of all, as we know, Chester has many places of interest. And of course, if anyone is reading this from outside the area, this post may help them in deciding whether to come to Chester anyway and where they can visit.

Chester Zoo – as much as I love Chester Zoo, here’s a heads up. You will not be able to visit Chester Zoo this weekend. All tickets are sold out and the earliest date you can book for is 15th August. Just in case this changes and to make bookings a bit easier, have a look at the Chester Zoo bookings page HERE.

Some cheesy chips, an ice cream and a cheeky snifter followed by a chill in Grosvenor Park. Result!!!

Good Weekend Weather To Look Forward To – A Bite To Eat And A Sherbet Maybe?

You may fancy a bite out somewhere. And, or, a sherbet or two. If that’s the case then you may well find the following posts beneficial.
