Covid 19 Mutual Aid Mental Health May Be Busier Soon
After Boris Johnson’s announcement on Saturday of another lockdown, the need for mental health support may well increase. It has been hard enough for so many. This extra lockdown may well push some to the limit. Don’t suffer alone though. There are plenty of numbers above for you to seek support if you feel the need.
I hope this Covid 19 Mutual Aid Mental Health post has been useful. Stay safe everyone. And, as I said above, if you need to call any of the numbers above, then don’t hesitate.
