Chester is no different to any other town, city or village in that there are a variety of niche specific clubs and organisations about. It is my intention to mention as many of the clubs and organisations in the area as I can. As well as just giving them a mention I will also post details of any events, meetings etc they have coming up.

So, to a large extent it is a case of “watch this space” with regard to Chester’s clubs and organisations. Just in case I miss any (no doubt I will as I wouldn’t necessarily be aware of them all), drop me a line if you want yours mentioned. Or if you are aware of one, then again why not get in touch.

What Type Of Clubs and Organisations

As I say, there are plenty of wide ranging niche clubs and organisations. Such as to name a few:

Hoole History and Heritage Society

Cestrian Ramblers

Hill Walking Club

Soroptimist International Chester

Watercolour Classes

Jazz at the Mill

Chester Lions Club

ICU Steps Chester

Chester Operatic Society

Country Music in the Afternoon

Books and Beer

Ballroom and Sequence Dancing

And so on and so on. These are only some of the clubs and organisations. In time I hope to list them all and to let you know what they are up to. The more I look at the list the more I’m thinking I’ll have to maybe think of setting up my own club or organisation. I wonder if I could come up with one that didn’t involve a pub in some way? Probably I could but what the hell, let me think of setting up my own Chester Lifestyle Club.
