Made In Italy Hoole

As many of you will already know, Hoole is a very popular suburb in Chester. Some of the locals refer to it as Notting Hoole. I’m not sure myself if that is an accurate label but suffice it to say, Hoole is blessed with so many places of interest and quality. I’ve written about quite a few already on this website. Here’s another one to add to the list. Made In Italy in Faulkner Street. A blog post about this really popular, quality Italian restaurant is long overdue actually. So, where exactly do I start with my Made In Italy Hoole review? Hmm……let me think!!

Made In Italy Hoole

Well I can begin with a heartfelt, “Wow!! Wow!! and Wow!!” Have I missed any “Wows” out? I wonder how many superlatives I can fit into the one blog post? Away from the emotive obvious liking for this excellent eatery, Made In Italy has so much to offer. Quality, authentic, family recipe dishes made with the finest, local ingredients is as good as place as any to begin with.

In other words, really excellent food. And a really good choice of dishes from a varied menu to entice you. Mind you hands up, confession time. I have to admit that I haven’t yet tried any of the desserts. I’ll slightly rephrase that into, “I haven’t yet tried”….with heavy emphasis on the yet!! That’s not because there isn’t anything that takes my fancy. No siree, it’s because I’m so full by the time I get to the end of my starter and main meal.

It’s not very often you’ll hear two football loving fellas talk about restaurant meals. But only last week, while enjoying a cheeky one in the excellent Royal Oak across the road from Made In Italy, a pal of mine was really waxing lyrical about the Banoffee Pie on offer. That I must try at some point.

That reminds me, I must do a blog post about the Royal Oak. A proper, traditional pub. But anyway, I digress. Where was I in my review of Made In Italy.

Made In Italy Hoole Is Also Excellent Value

Oh yes, I was saying how excellent it was. And, it must be said, excellent value for money. Just check out their menu on this Made In Italy link. And even though I’m not a wine guru – nowhere near in fact, the wine is good value as well.

If ever I was asked the cheesy question of, “do you come here often” I would respond with an emphatic affirmative. We do pay a visit on a regular basis. And why wouldn’t we. Top food, top wine and an excellent, friendly atmosphere. I think there’s something about Italian restaurants and the relaxing, welcoming atmosphere generally. Made In Italy is no exception. A fabulous atmosphere further enhanced by a friendly group of very efficient, friendly and enthusiastic staff.

Oh, and they offer a takeaway and a home delivery service as well. How many positive boxes has this ticked so far? In short, what’s not to like? I’m sure there will be some reading this who will be wholeheartedly agreeing with my review. And there may be some who have not yet had a chance to partake of a fabulous dining experience in this fine eatery.

If you haven’t tried it yet, what are you waiting for!! Get yourself down there. You won’t be disappointed. A word of caution however, it;s best to book in advance as it is so popular. Turning up on spec may mean that you miss out. And you wouldn’t want that.
