Warning To Cat Owners
As cat lovers and cat owners, this message is particularly relevant to our household. Particularly for our four, seemingly permanently hungry furballs. In the last couple of days, this warning to cat owners has surfaced. If you are cat owners, have a read and take extra care. Or, if you know of any cat owners – friends or family? – then please help spread the word.
So, what is this warning to cat owners all about?
Warning To Cat Owners
Cat owners have been warned about a ‘devastating disease’ which is killing their much loved pets throughout the country. Locally, one family in Cheshire, have tragically lost two beloved kittens to the illness.
Cheshire vet, Dr Georgia Miller, who works as part of the Willows practices with surgeries across Cheshire, saw two cats who sadly passed away after being diagnosed with the disease pancytopenia.
Dr Miller said the eight-month-old kittens, Hermione and Rupert, had both eaten foods which have since become subject to a product recall.
The sad story about Hermione and Rupert can be read in this Cheshire Live article HERE.

Warning To Cat Owners – Stay Safe
I’ve checked the dry food we have for our Fab Four and they don’t have any of the above. To be on the safe side it may be best if we keep them on wet food only for now. Are you listening Annie? Stop eyeing up that pigeon while I’m talking to you.
On a more serious note, ITV have covered the situation today on their “This Morning” programme. You can see what they covered on the topic by heading on over to HERE.
Anyway, must dash, the Fab Four want their (wet) lunch.
