Covid 19 Wellbeing
We all know we are all going through some tough times at the moment. Some are coping better than others. But nevertheless the strain is getting to most, if not all of us, in some ways. However it is good to see support being offered in so many instances. This article, kindly sent to me by John in Blacon, provides some links and information on some Covid 19 wellbeing support. Have a look through them. I’m sure there are others available out there as well. Let me know of any others that you are aware about.

Covid 19 Wellbeing – Some Welcome Links
Well done John on providing some really useful links. Someone somewhere may well be in need of one or more of those support services. So, it is good that anyone who is struggling and not aware of what’s out there can now see they are not alone.
Also, as I mentioned above, there are no doubt other support services being made available. This may well be another thread that gets added to, or linked to. Get in touch if you have any other links, or any support services of your own.
